Our Take
The listed size is the empty, flat bag — the real size is whatever you fill it with, and 16 x 5 x 12 cm doesn’t give you a huge load window. This is for moderate training loads, not a powerlifting session. It’s a sandbag; if you train with odd objects it fits the bill, and if you don’t it will gather dust. 250 g empty tells you the fabric is meant to hold, not to be light.
