It’s millimeters, almost certainly, and a mount that size is believable for a Glock slide. Steel and about 100 g is in the right ballpark for a slide-mounted plate. The real question the listing doesn’t answer is which optic footprint the plate is cut for — RMR, RMSc, or another pattern — and that determines whether your dot actually bolts on.
