Description

Tactical First Aid Bag — A Med Pouch That Rides on Your Kit

Key Features

Dedicated Med Space: At 21 x 15 x 11 cm the main compartment swallows shears, a compact IFAK insert, and bandage rolls without them swimming around with your other gear.
MOLLE Back Panel: Weave it onto a vest, pack, or belt panel so the med kit lives in one predictable spot instead of the bottom of a bag.
Carry Handle: Grab-and-go when the kit stays in the truck, in the range bag, or on a shelf by the door.
Light Shell: At 245 g the bag itself is not the heavy part — your supplies are.
Color Options: Black, tan, and green, so it can match the rest of the rig.

Our Take

Straight up: this is a carrier, not a medical kit — you supply the contents. The nylon is workmanlike, not expedition-grade, and 245 g tells you this is a lightweight shell, so do not expect 1000D armor. Check the 21 x 15 x 11 cm size against your shears and your preferred insert before you commit. If you already own the supplies and just want them on a MOLLE panel in one place, this does that job without fuss.
