Our Take

This is a long one — 230 mm of dovetail contact, which is a lot of surface for an 11 mm groove. The riser height plus tri-rail gives you room for a big-objective scope and somewhere to bolt a light or a level. 210 g is the price you pay for that rigidity, and on a light sporter rifle you’ll notice it. One honest warning: long risers amplify any dovetail wobble, so a worn groove will make this feel worse than a short mount. Also check that the raised height still gives you a usable cheek weld — tall mounts can force your head off the comb.
