Our Take

This is a simple mechanical guard: flip it up, shoot, flip it down. The ’20 mm’ in the title is the catch — it refers to the lens or tube size it fits, and the listing doesn’t spell out which, so measure your scope before ordering. At 67 g it won’t drag your zero around, and 2.5 mm of metal is thick enough for honest field protection but it is not armor. On a scoped hunting rifle that gets bounced around a truck cab, these earn their keep. Just remember a shield only protects one side — the rear eyepiece is still on you.
