3. Written quotationThe quotation records the agreed product reference, quantity, commercial terms and any confirmed customization or inspection requirements.

4. Order follow-upApplicable production or sourcing milestones are coordinated according to the written agreement. Scope and timing depend on the product and order.

5. Pre-shipment confirmationPackaging, quantity or other agreed checks may be documented before dispatch when included in the order terms.
